Trade with care

• Confirm the OEM or OE number and compare photos, markings, condition, and vehicle fitment.

• Ask for current photos and keep important details in marketplace messages.

• Be cautious about urgent payment requests, prices that are implausibly low, and requests to move immediately off-platform.

• Use a traceable payment method with appropriate buyer protection.

• Do not share passwords, recovery codes, or full payment credentials.

• For collection, meet in a public place, inspect the part, and bring another person when practical.

• For shipping, agree on tracking, packaging, insurance, and who bears loss risk.

Use the report control on a listing or seller profile to send a reason and useful detail to moderators. Blocking a user prevents new contact and messages in either direction; you can unblock them later.

If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For suspected theft or fraud, preserve messages, payment records, listing details, and shipment evidence before contacting the appropriate authority.
